October 5, 2016 — WILL Luncheon

This Women in Leadership & Learning lunch features a 2-minute introduction of Hitch Studio! Hitch is a proud sponsor of WILL this year and each month, the tables will feature our centerpieces. Join us for the first luncheon of the season! RSVP on their website.

October 16, 2016 — Countryside Soiree

Hitch is hosting the second annual Countryside Soiree — an opportunity to tour three barns, one lodge and a farm near Brookings, SD. This free event allows you to see these rustic venues for your wedding, corporate meeting, gradation party or other celebration. Warm drinks and treats at every location, along with the chance to win Hitch Studio door prizes are the perfect reasons to spend your Sunday afternoon with us. Each attendee gets a welcome bag full of goodies and gets to tour these locations (two of which are brand new for 2016!) Talk about a unique, countryside venue. Join us on Sunday, October 16 from 3:30- 7:00 p.m. to see as many or as few locations as you want!

October 16, 2016 — Brookings Bridal Show

Visit the Hitch Studio booth at the Moments to Cherish Brookings Bridal Show on Sunday, October 16 from 12-3 p.m. We’ll have pens, give-aways and a door prize to sign up for! See samples of wedding invitations, wedding styling centerpieces and more. Also featured at this event, is Hitch Studio decorating the beautiful reception hall of the Swiftel Center. We’re decoration eight tables with different decor and a head table. This is a free event at the Swiftel Center in Brookings, SD. Stop in for some great wedding planning information and booths!

October 28, 2016 — She Shines Fall Fashion Show and Shop at Hitch Studio’s Booth!

This shopping and celebratory event will feature many local vendors, wine and treats! See a booth full of new Christmas arrivals at this event from Hitch Studio! Pre-register on their website for $5. This event is brought to you by Profile by Sanford, J.Ella Boutique, and b.well brookings. Join us as we celebrate the successes of local women.

October 31, 2016 — Halloween Trick or Treating on Main Avenue!

Go door-to-door at downtown Brookings businesses this Halloween! On Monday from 4-6 p.m., stop at Hitch Studio and brings the kids for fun candy! Or yourselves…we don’t judge. 🙂

November 6, 2016 — Centerpiece Styling (Registration coming soon!)

Bring your girls on November 6 and enjoy drinks and cupcakes during your one-on-one fun personalized centerpiece workshop with Renee, the wedding planner at Hitch Studio! Bring your wedding reception vision to life as we mix-and-match decor items, choose colors and options, and create some custom centerpiece options. If you’ve started collecting some items you’d like to incorporate, bring those too! She’ll have a room full of tablescape pieces and you can pull from all the decoration options from Party Depot and Hitch Studio to create your favorite centerpieces! Rent them for your big day, book Hitch for your wedding, or simply take photos for inspiration to DIY. It’s a no-strings-attached wedding centerpiece session. While you’re there for your 45-minute session, you can also ask Renee anything about your wedding that you may have questions about (After all, she’s worked with over 150 brides on wedding styling and invitations!). She’s all yours!

Start your Christmas shopping by shopping local the weekend after Thanksgiving! Hitch will be open on Saturday from 10-3 to offer you some special small business sales. We encourage you to shop small that day.

December 1, 2016 — Write letters to Santa during Festival of Lights

Enjoy all the activities during the Festival of Lights night, but bring your kiddos into Hitch to stay warm and to write a letter to Santa! We have crayons, markers, stickers, envelopes, fill-in-the-blank letters to Santa and even a vintage mailbox to mail them straight to the North Pole. We’ll also have treats and drinks for everyone. Parents — make memories with your children that evening, then stop back in to retrieve your child’s letter as a keepsake. When you return, enjoy 15% to shop! It’s a win/win.
