On a quaint vineyard in Volga, South Dakota, Tucker + Kassidy said their vows with the love and support of their closest friends – 400 to be exact! It was a high-energy evening at Schade Vineyard and Winery that was filled with so many laughs and SO. MANY. CUPCAKES.
This western wedding was every rodeo-lover’s dream. Bull skulls attached to a pergola, mason jars holding baby’s breath, milk cans filled with wildflowers, and cowhide rugs leading the way down the aisle were just a few of the tru country elements. Speaking of leading the way down the aisle… before Kassidy walked down with her dad, the song changed. Jamming out to “Another One Bites the Dust” by Queen, struts Uncle Brad down the aisle with his fanny pack full of rose petals. It was the most entertaining, light-hearted twist on a normally traditional processional. We were so excited to cue Hitch’s first flower guy!
We love when families are able to fit their lifestyles into their wedding day. Using rustic milk cans from your family’s farm is a great addition to the tradition. Adding a turquoise broach to your bridal bouquet is another accent that can showcase your heritage. Sticking matching, black cowboy hats on the groomsmen to keep them looking sharp while protecting their eyes from the sun is another special touch that steps up a wedding.
Hitch Studio also designed their wedding programs and coordinated their sparklers at sunset. All of these small details made the biggest impact on the vibe of this wedding. Simple but unique; the perfect way to describe Tucker + Kassidy’s wedding.
