Hitch Studio Wedding Planning Packages
Wedding Day Management — Hitch Studio offers a certified wedding planner for full day-of-coordinating, including checking in with every vendor (their arrival times, where to set up, confirming details), helping with your ceremony and reception logistics, keeping your day on time, running smoothly, and answering all the vendor questions so you stay stress-free and full of joy!
Includes: 4 prep meetings | On-site on wedding day for approx. 10 hours
Centerpiece Styling — You get to use EVERYTHING in our rental collection FREE to decorate your tables! We fully style your reception centerpieces using inspiration from you and your vision board. We bring all the complimentary décor, set it all up, and take it all down at the end of the night so you can enjoy. You can rent items from Hitch Studio like linens, chargers, napkins, head table backdrops, etc. to really enhance your reception, so you walk into a fully decorated reception — styled by Hitch Studio!
Includes: 3 prep meetings | On-site on wedding day for approx. 6 hours
Wedding Planning + Centerpiece Styling — This level includes everything from 1 Carat, plus you get a full timeline of your wedding day (so EVERYTHING stays on track), a centerpiece showcase (10-20 centerpieces in your exact wedding colors/style and you get to pick what goes on each table! Mix and match linens + napkins + chargers + décor…until you love it!), and Hitch is a part of your rehearsal and ceremony. We make sure everyone is lined up in the correct order, cue the music, watch for late-comers, keep an eye on the weather for outdoor ceremonies, and transfer your unity items, guest book, programs, and card box from the ceremony to the reception.

Full-Service Wedding Planning + Centerpiece Styling — Our 3 Carat package is full service wedding planning and design and includes everything from 1+2 Carats. We’re there for you all day (from hair and makeup until the end of your dance) — helping to keep every detail covered! This package is perfect for the couple wanting help with decorating, the ceremony, and all events happening during social hour, dinner, and dance, (like clearing chargers or napkins, refillingsnacks and desserts, setting out late night snacks, lighting sparklers at sunset, etc). We’re the team behind the scenes making sure the timeline flows, the energy stays high, and every moment feels effortless. You and your friends and family get to be fully present which means more time for celebrating!
