Hitch Studio Wedding Planning Packages
Wedding Day Management — Includes confirmations with every wedding vendor, detailed wedding day itinerary, helping with your ceremony and reception logistics, attending the wedding rehearsal, transferring your ceremony items to the reception, and answering all the questions so you stay stress-free and full of joy!
You want your reception beautifully decorated. You get to use EVERYTHING in our table décor collection FREE to decorate your tables! We fully style your reception using inspiration from you and your vision board. We bring all the décor, set it all up, and take it all down at the end of the night so you can enjoy. Linens cost extra in this package, but we still bring them, set them up, and pack them up so you walk into a fully decorated reception! We’re on-site approximately 6 hours day-of.
You want a smooth ceremony. You also get a full timeline of your wedding day, a centerpiece showcase (we set up 10-20 centerpieces in your exact wedding colors/style and you get to pick what goes on each table! Mix and match linens + napkins + chargers + décor…until you love it!), and Hitch is a part of your rehearsal and ceremony. We’re on-site approximately 12 hours day-of.
You want it all taken care of. We’re there your entire day — from hair/makeup until the dance is over. If big things are happening during social hour, dinner, cake cutting, speeches, and dance — this is the package for you. We’re there to help so your friends and family don’t have to. Let them enjoy! We’re on-site approximately 17 hours day-of.
