That’s right. We said 49 individual pieces that each measure 3-feet square. If you don’t have a vehicle or trailer to pick it up and haul it yourselves, we can also deliver AND set it up for you! Do you deliver dance floors to Sioux Falls? Yes! We deliver dance floors and event rentals throughout Sioux Falls and the surrounding area, plus Brookings, Watertown, Madison, Mitchell, Marshall MN, DeSmet, Aberdeen, Faulkton, and all of South Dakota, and Southwest Minnesota!
Can I rent a dance floor for an outdoor or tent wedding? Absolutely. Dance floors are a must for tent and backyard weddings — they give your guests a level, safe surface to dance on. Let us know about your site and we’ll talk through what works best. You’ll definitely want a sub-floor and we own three.
Can I pick up the dance floor myself to save money? Yes. Self-pickup and self-setup is our most budget-friendly option and includes the rental fee only. It can fit in the bed of a typical truck when stacked and strapped. An enclosed trailer is best!
Can you deliver my other rentals at the same time? Yes — we can bring everything you’re renting in one large delivery. If it takes more than one vehicle or trip, there will be extra charges.
How far in advance should I book my dance floor rental? As early as you can, especially for summer and fall Saturdays, which book up quickly.
What else do I need to know? Tips from Hitch Studio: Bring gloves (the edges are jagged) if you want to save your hands the wear and tear. Wear a utility apron or old clothes (again…jagged edges) to save a snag. Bring a mallet to gently knock the pieces into place (we also have them!). Set them up row by row…not in an “L” shape. We’ll tell you which color to start with if you’re using a checkerboard pattern because one color will have an “extra” piece.
