Decorating your Corporate Event: How Northern State University Leveled Up Their Fundraiser

Those gold chiavari chairs…the silver centerpieces…those copper chargers…that glowing stage…the fresh florals. ALL the small details add up to one LARGE impact. We loved the “mixed metals” theme that Northern State University Foundation and Alumni Association used for their 25th Annual Northern Night celebration on November 10, 2023!! If you’re a university hoping to attract donors to your annual event, we highly recommend focusing attention on the decor of your tables. But don’t spend too much time stressing over who will set up and when you’ll have time to take down. Your volunteers will be busy with other things that day. Thank you for allowing us to do a complete overhaul and bring in gold chairs! (Again, Hitch Studio coordinated this effort, set up every chair, put on every pad, took them all back down, and stacked them up for rental return. Easy as that!
