When we decided to combine a wedding planning business with a rental business at 406 Main Avenue in Brookings, SD, we knew we wanted that to benefit YOU, the client! Here’s how: We knew you would want great value from a wedding planner and event stylist, so what better way than offering centerpiece decor FREE! If you book Hitch Studio for a wedding or event package that includes decorating (1 Carat, 2 Carat, or 3 Carat), the centerpiece table decor and four “large” arrangements are included complimentary.
What is included with free centerpiece and styling decor:
Centerpieces on your guest tables, head table, guest book table, In Memory table, gift table are all included free! If you’re an event planner, this includes guest tables, registration tables, etc. Included in the free decor are all our amazing faux flowers, greenery, vases, frames, candles (in white or ivory) stands, trays, wicker or wood placemats, wood stands, tea lights, votive cups, taper candles and candlesticks, cylinder vases, hurricane vases, and more! You can see our entire wedding and event rental collection here! Worth mentioning is that you get access to our BEST candles and flowers (that are only available if you’re a Hitch couple [not available to someone who comes in only for rentals], shown here under “Exclusive Inventory“).
Not to get in the weeds, but chargers are a really popular decor item. For chargers, they are also free to use (because they decorate your table!), but we charge $1.25 each to hand wash them, hand dry them, and pack them back up (because we bring in a crew of employees to do this for you!) But if you want to wash them yourselves and return them by Monday, they are also free!
Free decor generally lands between $400-$1500 in savings! Woohoo!

Also included! When we say “four free large flower arrangements”, what does that mean? If it requires foam, zip ties, or floral wire to put together, it counts as a “large arrangement”. You get four free to use on a stand, on the floor like a meadow, on a pedestal by your photo booth, the flowers on your photo booth, cake meadow, ceremony entrance, etc. or any way you want to use them! What is NOT included within our rental collection:
One important note: Centerpiece decor is free (yay!), so it would not include things like dessert stands, snack bowls, easels, pedestals, card box, cake knife and server, cake stands, bistro lights, head table backdrops, tables and chairs, furniture, dance floors, etc. But all of those things are definitely easy to rent from us! We bring it all along and set it ALL up! Easy for you!
Anything that needs to be laundered is not included (linens, napkins, and runners) since we have to pay a company to launder them. Because we are 5 production artists in 1: wedding planning, event styling, rentals, faux flower design, and balloons, we have lots of inspiration photos to show you!
