Jackie and Jerry were such an adventurous joy to work with. They decided to have an African wedding on Friday night and a traditional American wedding and reception on Saturday. Hitch Design Studio had the pleasure of decorating for their event!
Jackie chose different shades of blue, blush pink, and gold for her colors in the beautiful Old Sanctuary in the heart of Brookings, SD. We decorated a huge head table that held Jackie and Jerry’s closest friends and family. The room was full of love! They served African and American dishes during dinner and had a great mix of language, music and culture throughout the weekend.
Jackie and Jerry wanted the tables arranged to make an aisle for them to make their grand entrance. That, combined with their grand head table, chair covers and sashes which polished up the room, and an outpouring of love from the room made their wedding reception perfect.
These two have got something special and we were so happy to be a part of it!
