General Reception Items
- Cake server/knife (get engraved if you wish)
- Cake topper and cake stand
- Linens for your tables (skirting if necessary)
- Decorations for your tables
- Menu cards or name cards for seating
- Reserved signs for reception tables
- Head table backdrop/décor
- Vases for the bride/bridesmaid bouquets at head table
- Toasting glass (have engraved if you wish)
- Favors
- Wedding favors sign
- Specialty napkins
- Snacks for social hour or desserts (if you’re providing)
- Copy of your “thank you” speech
- Card Box (if not using from Hitch)
- Guest book (and pens/markers)
- Photo booth props
- Seating chart (if not provided by Hitch)
- Sparklers/bubbles/wands/exit favors (and something to put them in)
- Any special signage (welcome sign, special quotes, last name, etc.)
- Easel (if needed for signage)
- Tupperware for top tier of cake
- Bouquet used for the toss (if not the bride’s bouquet)
- Any DIY items
- Kids activity bags (if you wish)
- Bathroom Kits (with items for guests to freshen up)
- Photos to be displayed
- Vendor contact list and timeline of your day
- Checks/cash to pay vendors (or gratuities if you wish)
