Made FOUR Adventure | Fourth Birthday Party
The backdrop area:
This was such a fun set up! We hung bistro lights over the party area and set the backdrop to highlight the theme: adventure. We set up two wood backdrops and two gold triangle arbors to look like mountains! Then we filled in the area with our champagne trees and balloons.
The kids teepee/tent gift area:
We made this area look like a campsite with a kids tent, fake campfire, wood slabs for sitting around the fire and watching the birthday boy open his gifts! (In matching sage green plaid wrapping paper, of course.)
The kids table area:
We put two kids rectangle tables together to make the square top kids party table. It used one linen and 10 kids chairs. We styled our small potted plants, wood box, pinecones, and a sage runner for a simple centerpiece. If you look at each place setting, you’ll notice a scavenger hunt card for a kids activity (with a wood stick pencil!) and some trail mix inside of a plastic compass as a treat!
The cake area:
We used our kids round table and another linen as the base for this area! Our nested wood cake stands, green suitcases, globes, and our donut board became the favor display! We asked a wonderful Baker (Cakes by Brandy!) to make us this amazing birthday cake! The donut board was filled with s’mores kits that the kids can take home as party favors!
The invitation

A CITRUS bridal shower
This is a super trendy theme right now, with bright pinks, oranges and citrus fruit! We loved setting up this mimosa bar with games too!
The guest table area
If your venue doesn’t allow open flame, we’ve got you covered (literally)! These taper candles have hurricane glass to cover them and make the most elegant look! Then we paired a white distressed charger with our green glassware and light pink napkins. For flowers, we used all faux florals (yes! The flowers, vases, and candles, candlesticks, hurricanes, etc. are free and included if we do the decorating for you!) Look at those fun flower colors! You’ll also see a bridal shower game sheet at each place setting. Hitch Studio has a variety of bridal shower games that we can customize for your look and style!
Mimosa Bar area
We filled our champagne glasses with fresh mimosas and used our white acrylic trays to show off the citrus garnishes! Of course, we needed the matching “Mimosa Bar” sign that coordinated with the bridal shower games! We used our 3-tier cookie stand to display some desserts and make the whole event look cohesive. When Hitch Studio decorates for you, we even set out the snacks and desserts!

We used our two fabric-covered arches in blush and white to set the scene for our photo backdrop! We added a white pedestal for the cards and gifts and then added a beautiful burgundy chair for the bride to sit in while she opens her gifts! It was the perfect spot for Insta-worthy pics!

A LOCALLY GROWN baby shower
Ah! It’s like I stepped into the farmer’s market! This adorable baby shower is gender-neutral and SO fresh! Nervous about hanging the balloons and setting it all up? Hitch Studio can transport it all, set it up, and take it back down…while you enjoy the mother-to-be!

We used our white-washed wood backdrop with a balloon garland cascading down for this backdrop photo area! We tucked fresh produce into fun vases to decorate each area — along with our stacked wood crates.
Food area
This table was draped with a full-length linen and used nearly all of our galvanized tin serving platters, dessert stands, and tubs — and even our wash basin for bottled waters and other fun beverages!

Graduation Party
We even set up a few grad party backdrop options, food service, balloons, chalkboard signs, and card boxes! We decorated for graduation parties this year in Flandreau and Brookings! Take a look at how they turned out! We used balloons, our wood photo/sign holder, our white linens, our cookie trays and stands, our sheer backdrop with a balloon garland, and even our bistro lights for an outdoor party under the stars!
