There is something truly magical about a winter wedding! The Macks embraced every bit of that magic for their big day on January 3rd! From the moment guests arrived, they were welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly contrasted the winter chill outside – some even said it felt like a winter wonderland!

As the evening went on the celebration unfolded with warmth and joy! Guests gathered around the beautifully styled tables with decor from Hitch Rentals and ate a delicious supper from Ship’s Inn. They splurged on desserts made by Sweet Country Charm then hit the dance floor for some fun with Darnell from Energy Event Group!

One of the most heartfelt moments of the day was shared between Grace and her mom just before the father-daughter dance. In a beautiful surprise, Grace changed into her mother’s dress to dance with her father — a meaningful moment between her and her parents!

We love when couples want to change things up! You want to skip the cake cutting? Of course we can! Their favorite dessert is Moose Tracks ice cream, so we scooped up their favorite instead!

Was everything executed the way you envisioned? “Yes! The Hitch team went above and beyond to make sure they honored the intention that Grace and Ryder desired for their wedding. Everything came together in a way that truly reflected who Grace and Ryder are as a couple.”
Did you feel relaxed and able to enjoy the day? “Initially, I was very concerned with all the many details that come with planning and executing a wedding but once we hired Hitch, I felt a real sense of calm knowing everything was in such capable hands. Because the Hitch team handled everything so professionally, our family was able to be truly relax, be fully present, and enjoy every moment of the day.”
Was there anything that exceeded your expectations? “What really exceeded my expectations was how personally invested the Hitch team seemed to be in the day. It truly felt like Grace and Ryder’s wedding was just as important to you as it was to our family! That level of love, care, and attention meant so much and made the entire experience feel so special.”
Is there anything we could improve on for future weddings? “Honestly, nothing comes to mind. The experience was wonderful from start to finish!”
Did you feel informed and supported throughout the planning process? “Yes, always! Any questions or concerns were answered and handled right away. You helped make what sometimes felt overwhelming and stressful feel manageable and even enjoyable.”

Did everything run smoothly from your perspective? “From my front row seat to this incredible celebration, everything ran incredibly smoothly. The Hitch team handled every detail with such grace and professionalism that I was simply able to enjoy the day and take it all in.”
How did you feel about the timeline and flow of the day? “The timeline was wonderful. The day moved naturally and never felt rushed, which allowed everyone to enjoy each moment.
