Well, Hitch Studio is a team of wedding planners who serve the Brookings and Volga, South Dakota area but we also teamed up with Schadé Vineyard and Winery to bring Midwest brides a wedding venue option with amazing customer service! Schadé owns and operates the beautiful 400-person tent that overlooks a vineyard (does it get more charming than that?!), but Hitch Studio is the exclusive contracted Certified Venue Coordinator for Schadé Vineyard. These venue management services from Hitch are FREE and included with your Schadé venue booking.

Venue managers are in charge of everything venue-related. We facilitate set up and tear down of tables and chairs, let vendors know where to set up/park/store their items, stock the restrooms, open/close the tent walls as needed, set out lawn games, and generally make sure all things at the venue are to your liking, clean, and running the way they should. We meet with couples to tour the venue, discuss venue related details, create a customized tent layout, recommend preferred vendors and truly walk couples through the planning process from booking the venue to ensuring details are covered from beginning to end. Our main job though, is to take care of the venue and to make sure you’re happy with everything here.
