Happy ONE YEAR anniversary to the couple that completely melted our hearts last December.
Codi + Baylor, we hope this second holiday season together is even better than the first.
Everyone has been rooting for these two since they met back in middle school. What a full-circle moment it was to be part of their day! The whole planning process was just as fun as the actual day itself. These two had a vision for their day that matched their personalities perfectly. They were focused on making the day seamless and relaxing for friends and family by making sure Hitch had the details covered. They had a holiday-inspired dinner with comfort foods, an amazing dessert assortment with lavish decorations, and a large dance floor that was full all night. It was a huge team effort from all of these amazing vendors that day, and we are SO ready to join the team in De Smet, SD, again soon!
Since these two have been together so many years, they had countless photos with each other! They had a whole slideshow with a collection of their many photos playing throughout the night on the stage of the event center. It was a big hit among their guests and is something that these two can look back at forever. It’s even an easy way thing to add their wedding photos to.
The opulent dress and suit colors against the white backdrop of the snow made for the most brilliant photos. Of course, our friend Chelsea, with Chelsea Jean Photography, is the real virtuoso behind these pictures. She captured these two and their day absolutely perfectly.
When these two told us that they wanted a mellow Christmas wedding, we knew just the decorations to incorporate! The seasonal pine mixed with pinecones was the perfect statement piece to each of their banquet tables. We also fell in love with the full and deep tones of their head table garland. What a contrast to that soft, light backdrop!
The holiday season is filled with warmth, family, joy, and festive decorations. Incorporating this into a wedding creates a magical atmosphere. Being at the Beck’s wedding was like being at your grandparents’ house on Christmas. Everyone was so welcoming, and the atmosphere was so joyful! We are sure the celebration even continued with their family and friends all the way until the New Year.
Codi + Baylor, your winter wedding was an inspiration to SO many couples. From your crimson + navy accents, to your snowy first-look together, we were so happy to be part of it all. Yours is one wedding we want to share every December! This holiday season will forever be a reminder of the beautiful weekend your families spent together celebrating an everlasting marriage. Happy one-year to the Beck family! We love you!!
