Decorating for a Fall Fundraiser: Apples + Glam

Have you been tasked with the project of find the decorations for your fall fundraiser, banquet, gala or fall fest? Investing in beautiful decor will take your event to the next level — and your guests will notice.

Renee is a graduate of Madison High School, so she was more than honored when Madison Central School Education Foundation asked Hitch Studio to decorate for their “Big Apple Gala” for the third year in a row! Each year, the theme of apples stays the same, but we’ve switched the accents from rustic to fall…and this year to black and gold sparkly glam!

The mission of MCSEF is “to facilitate private and corporate support for our school. The Foundation is organized to promote, enhance, and enable educational opportunities and school improvement activities in the Madison Central School District”. This gala allows Madison schools to raise grant money for teachers to use in their classrooms so they can purchase things like equipment, subscriptions, and field trips that are not within the current school budget.

How do you combine apples with black and gold glam? Here’s how. And the best part? Hitch staff set it all up and took it all down at the end of the night, so the organizers could focus on their main job — doing the fundraising and making guests feel welcome!
