Check out this couple’s greenery wonderland inside of a white tent at a local vineyard, Schade Vineyard & Winery in Volga, SD. Maybe you have a lower guest count for your wedding, and you are trying to find a way to fill the space without spending more money or wasting energy. Hanging fabric, lights, or greenery can truly turn the space from empty to intimate. Ceiling draperies enclose the room, add a pop of color and texture, and give off a more outdoor-sy feel. With these tent cables being 7 feet above the ground, it was a perfect height for garlands to run. The installation and take-down was easier than ever – we only needed clear zip ties and a wire cutter tool (did I mention we provide that, too?)! Maybe you want a brighter, more colorful look. Hitch has a décor collection filled with dusty purple, ivory, blush, burgundy, yellow, pink, and eggplant colored florals that would add a perfect pop of color sprinkled throughout the garlands. Another thing we loved about this wedding is that they had a destination ceremony in Costa Rica. When they returned to have their reception, they incorporated a “So the Adventure Begins!” theme with luggage tags as favors, globes and suitcases throughout their reception, and a slideshow of their destination wedding. It was so special!
Another cool element? They wanted to have a bean bag tournament during social hour! There was even a trophy. The entire wedding, reception, and social hour tournament was so….them. It was a special.
