Another highly successful Madison Regional Health Foundation Winter Gala is in the books! “Fulfilling the Vision” was the theme of the 2020 Madison Regional Health Foundation’s 3rd annual Winter Gala fund-raising event. The cause for the Winter Gala was “Enhancing OB Services” and funds raised will be used to purchase the latest software upgrades and provide the latest technology and equipment for OB doctors and nurses.
“Our rose-colored glasses logo reminds us to communicate our optimism when sharing our vision with community partners as we ask them to join us in supporting quality health care close to home.” said Beth Knuths, Foundation director about the 2020 Winter Gala. “We want our guests to see who we are and how we care.”
Hitch Studio, owned by Madison native Renee Bauman, has provided the table décor since the inaugural Winter Gala three years ago. This year, it was the rose-colored glasses vision that prompted the theme for the Hitch Studio table styling for the 36-table event. Black, rose gold, and ivory was the color palette used to achieve the look they were going for! Unique varying-height rose-colored trumpet vases, glass and rose candle holders, flower-filled glass vases, and decorative lanterns centered each table. Blush pink and ivory flowers were intermingled with eucalyptus garland greenery for an elegant effect. The perfect finishing touches on beautifully decorated tables? The ambiance of wickless, flameless flickering candles!
Hitch staff always go above and beyond to make sure the details envisioned are just right — and this event was no exception. Perfectly placed programs, napkins, donation cards, table numbers, and vision cloths were carried out with ease and preciseness.
The “Green and Snow” duo provided the oldies music entertainment for the almost 300 in attendance. The live auction items for the Reba concert, winter vacations, meat packages and other items were a hit and Sodexo once again served a fabulous meal that surely satisfied the taste buds!
Knuths added, “Our theme, Fulfilling the Vision, refers to the Foundation’s vision to ensure the future of Madison Regional Health System and healthcare philanthropy in the communities we serve by connecting with others who appreciate the importance of local health care and will join us to make a difference.”
You may have thought that Hitch Studio only styled for weddings but they also style for fund-raising events such as fundraisers, galas, Christmas parties, or graduation parties, company meetings, professional conferences, and other events.
