Hitch Studio: Your Wedding Planner, Wedding Decorator, and Wedding Stationery Designer

Taylor and Alex are finally married! They had to postpone their wedding due to Covid, and after all that time, they are Mr. & Mrs. Keller. We are so overjoyed for them!

Knowing that Hitch Studio was a wedding planning company AND a wedding decorating company, AND a wedding stationery design company ALL IN ONE, Taylor knew she wanted to hire us. In fact, her mother thanked us multiple times on the wedding day! (Such a sweet family!) So, what exactly do you get when you hire Hitch Studio as your wedding planner, wedding decorator, and wedding stationery designer all in one?

  1. Before the wedding, we met with Taylor and Alex several times and put together a centerpiece showcase so they could choose their table styles before their big day! With colors like navy blue, blush pink, and accents of gold, we knew exactly what to show them. Hitch Studio also put together a list of wedding vendors and a timeline of their day. We also designed their Save the Dates, BOTH sets of wedding invitations (thanks, Covid) and their wedding programs. The day before their wedding, we decorated all of their reception tables and put up their head table backdrop, complete with bistro lights and gold sequin curtains! We picked up all the rentals, set them up, and took them back on Monday morning. We also attended and helped organize their rehearsal at St. Thomas More Church.
  2. On the wedding day, we delivered fruit trays, veggie trays, and sandwiches to the church for the wedding party to each for lunch! We went to the reception space to take some Pinterest-worthy photos of their decor that we shared with them the day after their wedding, and made sure the cupcakes were set out, the DJ was set up, the photo booth was up and running, there was water in each of the bridesmaids’ vases at the head table, and that all the pre-packaged snacks were out on tables. (You know…the whole Covid thing). Then we helped greet guests and watched the church capacity as it filled. We made sure the unity candles were lit, and gave the wedding party a 15-minute heads-up…and then a 3-minute heads up. Renee helped everyone line up (except they were pros because we had practiced the night before), and helped cue the music so everyone made it down the aisle gracefully and perfectly. We fluffed Taylor’s dress train and sent her off with tears in our eyes.
  3. After the wedding ceremony, a group of Hitch employees stayed back to clean the church with disinfectant spray bottles and cleaned up the room after lunch. We transported their card box, program box, unity candles, In Memory bouquet, In Memory photos, and aisle decorations back to the reception hall where guests would enjoy seeing them all again as they entered for cocktail hour. At sunset, we helped coordinate sparkler photos for the wedding party and photographer and helped take down all the reception decor after the dance ended. We packed up everything so the families could just leave and enjoy their evening! We make it easy peasy like that.
  4. The next day, I sent the couple all the edited photos I took of their wedding day and a huge THANK YOU!
